Products and Craftsmanship

All jewelry offered on this Site is handcrafted by Michael Hill and affiliated artisans using high-quality materials such as bronze, silver, gold, and reclaimed metals. Each item may contain slight variations in tone, texture, or size due to the handmade nature of our process. These natural differences are part of the character of your piece and should not be considered defects.

Product descriptions, images, and prices are displayed to the best of our ability. However, we do not guarantee that product colors or textures will appear exactly as seen on your device screen. We reserve the right to modify, discontinue, or reprice products at any time without prior notice.

Pricing and Payment

All prices listed are in Canadian Dollars (CAD) unless otherwise specified. Prices may change without prior notice. 

We accept the following payment methods: Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, PayPal, Google Pay, Apple Pay, and Shop Pay. By completing a purchase, you confirm that the payment information provided is accurate and that you are authorized to use the selected payment method. All payments are processed securely through our payment provider. We do not store or have access to your complete payment card information. A 35% tariff will be applied to all invoices for customers with a United States billing address.

Orders and Acceptance

When you place an order, you will receive an email acknowledgement confirming receipt. This does not constitute acceptance of your order. Your order is accepted once it is verified, processed, and shipped.

We reserve the right to limit quantities, cancel or refuse any order for any reason, including suspected fraud, supply limitations, or errors in pricing or product information. In the event of an order cancellation after payment, you will be notified and refunded in full.

Shipping and Delivery

We offer domestic and international shipping through trusted carriers. Shipping costs and estimated delivery times are displayed during checkout.

While we strive to meet these estimates, delays may occur due to factors beyond our control—such as customs processing, weather, or carrier delays. We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages after confirmed delivery.

Any duties, taxes, or customs fees imposed by international destinations are the responsibility of the customer.

Returns, Exchanges, and Repairs

We want you to be satisfied with your purchase. You may return eligible items within 14 days of delivery for exchange or store credit.

To qualify, the product must be in its original, unworn condition with packaging and proof of purchase. Custom or personalized pieces are non-refundable.

To request a return or exchange, please contact our support team via our website before shipping the item back. Unauthorized returns may not be accepted.

Repairs for damaged or defective items will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis. Reasonable wear and tear or mishandling is not covered under warranty.

Intellectual Property

All materials on this Site—including text, images, designs, trademarks, and logos—are the intellectual property of Michael Hill Jewelry unless otherwise stated.
